Children have a place at MCC and we want them to know God and love others. The best way for kids to learn is to be intentional about having fun and being hands on. Children learn best by doing and you'll discover that at MCC, they're learning a great deal about the Bible by experiencing hands on activities, making crafts, engaging in great conversation and asking plenty of questions. Come see the joy your child has experienced at MCC this Sunday. See you then!
You'll quickly notice that we are a Bible-based church and want to make sure our children have a strong foundation of not only what's in the Bible, but an understand of the loving God who gave it to us. We want your child to grow as Jesus did "in wisdom, stature, and in favor with God and man. (Luke 2:52).
"Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him. Like arrows in the hands of a warrior are children born in one’s youth. Blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them. They will not be put to shame when they contend with their opponents in court."
No other ministry area relies as heavily on caring adults as our ministry to kids. From the Cradle Roll class for babies to Club 456, a class designed specifically for 10-12 year-olds, your child will engage in lessons designed specifically for their age group. Even during the main worship gathering, we provide a time for kids to experience learning on their level in a safe and fun environment.
Volunteering to empart biblical truth and work with our MCC Kids is a responsibility we don't take lightly. From Cradle through 6th grade, our teachers are equipped with engaging lesson plans and bring their own personalities and are free to share their lives with those in their care. We want all of our parent to be a part of MCC Kids! Contact our Family Minister, John Lindsay today or fill out this form to get started.
